Black UX (User Experience) Labs was created as a virtual safe space for black professionals to connect, collab and chill. Launched in 2020, during Covid-19, to build access and awareness to Black talent by offering programs and packages in the areas of recruitment, education, and retention.
Our mission is to get black feet in the c-suite. We aim to place 50 professionals in a decision making or budget holding seats in 2023. We are committed to creating a path to success for high performing diverse professionals. Encourage audacity!
